Important camp information as of May 22nd.

Dear friends,

We would like to invite you to participate in the eleventh annual Kachin Family Camp Gathering. This event will be held on May 25th—28th, 2007 at the campus of Philadelphia Biblical University in Langhorne, PA. This is an event that has significant meaning, especially for Kachin now living in the United States. Your understanding and encouragement will contribute greatly to the effectiveness of the program. I sincerely hope that you will be able to attend.
Since the Kachin population is very small in the United States, it is imperative that we bond together and maintain our family, cultural, traditional values and, more importantly, pass on our legacy to younger generation.
Networking with Kachin from other countries will also help us in strengthening Kachin communities around the world, so that we will be able to contribute to the Kachin back home in the near future. We look forward to meeting you at the camp in May 2007.
